사천 레저 호텔이 위치한 사천시 용현면 선진리는 봄날의 벚꽃으로 유명합니다.

우리 호텔에 봄날의 벚꽃만 있는 건 아니랍니다. 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울의 석양을 볼 수 있는 것은 우리 호텔의 또다른 매력입니다.

그리고

호텔 직원들이 열심히 조경을 한 덕에, 꽃과 나무를 호텔 내부에서도 볼 수 있답니다.

호텔에서 남해의 창선도를 건너가기 위해 조금만 우회를 하면 꽤 멋진 해안 도로를 만나게 됩니다.

  • 호텔에서 사용하는 빵 만들기

    우리 호텔에서 사용하는 빵은 직접 만든 겁니다. 유기농 밀가루를 배합하고 이스트를 넣어 24시간을 숙성합니다. 숙성 과정을 거치면 밀가루 음식을 먹었을 때의 소화불량이 없습니다. 여행와서 조식 먹고 탈나면 속상하잖아요~ 깨끗한 식재료와 깨끗한 물은 우리 호텔의 시작입니다. 레시피는 다음과 같습니다. 밀가루(업체명) 100g + 독일산 이스트(상품명) 2g + 버터(업체명) 30g 반죽이 완성되면 냉장고에서 저온 숙성을 합니다. 이제 하루가…

    호텔 조식은 무료로 제공합니다. 무료라서 식자재의 품질이 좋지 않거나, 정성이 부족하지 않습니다. 에그 스크램블과 구운 베이컨 그리고 담백하게 만들기 위해 삶은 소세지와 삶은 채소는 항상 신선합니다. 감자튀김 역시 그날 조식을 위해 튀긴 것이고, 우유로 만든 스프 역시 아침에 바로 제작한 것으로 신선합니다. 요거트 역시 호텔에서 매일 제작하고 있어 믿고 드셔도 됩니다. 식빵은 호텔에서 직접 만든…

Undoubtedly we have no questions to ask which are unanswerable. We must trust the perfection of the creation so far, as to believe that whatever curiosity the order of things has awakened in our minds, the order of things can satisfy. Every man’s condition is a solution in hieroglyphic to those inquiries he would put.
